The early-bird price is available until May 31: for a single registration it's $985 for a full conference pass. Group rates are available at $925 per person for 3+ attendees and $850 per person for groups of 10+ from the same company.

The standard price for a single registration is $1,095 for a full conference pass. Group rates are available at $1,040 per person for 3+ attendees and $975 per person for groups of 10+ from the same company.

Party passes are $300 per guest and are available to guests 21 and older.

Cancellations received by Monday, September 14, 2026 will receive a full refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

No refunds will be permitted after Monday, September 14, 2026. If you're unable to cancel prior to this date, you'll have the option to apply the cost of this year's registration towards FUTURE 2027. Please email future@appfolio.com to request.

Yes, you may add another person to qualify for the discounted group rates — please notify us at future@appfolio.com with all attendees' names and email addresses, and we'll process the discount per attendee to honor the group rate.
